MACF's primary objectives are the development of urgent medical and social projects, assistance in emergency care, construction of infrastructures and education, mainly in sanitation and hygiene.

In partnership with the Arabkir United Children’s Charity Foundation (Dr Ara Babloyan) and Kasa Swiss Humanitarian Foundation, MACF is involved in projects concerning the detection and prevention of health problems in rural areas, where health access is scarce, construction or rehabilitation of pediatric medical centers, urgent medical cases. 

Children suffer from: malnutrition, lack dental and ocular treatments and there is a troublesome high handicapped rate due to elevated levels of pollution.
