| MACF’s humanitarian work in Armenia is very targeted. We work closely with our main local Armenian Medical Partner – Dr. Babloyan and his ARABKIR Pediatric Medical Center in Erevan to finance medical and rehabilitation facilities in rural areas of Armenia. One of our projects is to send regular containers to Armenia, with medical supplies and equipment. We gather used and new equipment from various donors. MACF also sends foreign nurses to Armenia to work with Dr. Babloyan and his team. They live on site for many months, teaching and updating nursing techniques. MACF also works with another selected partner, KASA, Komitas Association Swiss Armenia, located both in Switzerland and Armenia, to provide school supplies, clothing, or other urgent needs. |
